Custom Join!

Hi All, I have a sample Flat File, need to get a custom record layout out of it

Sample FlatFile Input:

RecordB.....

OwnerAB.....

RecordC.....

RecordD.....

OwnerCD.....

Custom Output:

OwnerAB RecordA ............RecordB.....

OwberCD RecordC ..........RecordD..............

............
